College of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)要害词:光伏废水; 反硝化颗粒污泥; 高效生物脱氮反映器Keywords:photovoltaic wastewater; denitrification granular sludge; high efficient biological denitrification reactor摘要:光伏废水具有NO3--N、氟含量高的特点。江苏某光伏废水处置项目为改建项目,设想处置范围为6 000 m3/d,出水水质要求到达《电池工业污染物排放尺度》(GB 30484—2013)的间接排放尺度。原有处置工艺没法知足排放要求,此次采取二级除氟+反硝化颗粒污泥+A/O工艺进行改建,总投资为2 150 万元,运转费用(25.2 元/m3)比革新前下降20%。该项目自调试运转以来,处置结果杰出,出水水质不变到达排放尺度。Abstract:Photovoltaic wastewater has characteristics of high nitrates and fluorine content. A photovoltaic wastewater treatment project in Jiangsu Province in China is a reconstruction project with the design capacity of 6 000 m3/d, and its effluent is required to meet the indirect discharge criteria in Emission Standard of Pollutants for Battery Industry (GB 30484-2013). The original process couldnot meet the discharge requirements, so the process of secondary defluorination, denitrifying granular sludge and A/O is adopted for reconstruction. The total investment is 21.5 million yuan and the operating cost is 25.2 yuan/m3, which is 20% lower than before.
